DIY Wedding Flower Combo Pack 100 Rose and 150 Carnation

I ordered my flowers before the company changed their webpage. My package was double of this one. I noticed the bigger package is not on here anymore but I ordered the 200 rose and 300 carnation package. It was supposed to include 200 white roses and 300 light pink carnations and the package cost me almost $600. They were to be delivered on 8/25/2021. When my flowers arrived I knew something was not right with the size of the carnation box. Sure enough when I opened it there were only 150 WHITE carnations. Not the 300 light pink I ordred. When I called I was told how sorry they were and how they would reship me 300 pink carnations in time for my wedding on 8/28. A few hours later I get a message that they don't have any pink and ask me if it is ok if they send 300 pink and white bicolor and that they would be here in time for my wedding. Since I was desperate I said ok. I was told they would be at my house on 8/27. Well guess what.. 8/27 comes and no flowers. The next text I get says the shipment is delayed and they would be here the day of my wedding. After 5 hours of back and forth between fifty flowers and Fed ex I find out that the truth is they will not be here until 8/30.. 2 days AFTER my wedding!!! So I spent the day before my wedding rushing around to every florist in town trying to find light pink flowers. Lucky for me 1 florist in town had 40 pink flowers i could use in my bouquets. In return for the 300 when fifty flowers finally gets them to my door. So I was short over 200 flowers and the only resolution provided for the crying, stress, and disappointment I went through was I get to keep the 300 flowers they already shipped when they arrive on 8/30 and I got a $132 refund. While I get that they refunded the carnations they messed up not once but TWICE.. causing me to be without them... I truly believe that NO bride should have to spend the day before their wedding crying, and having to travel everywhere trying to compromise on their wedding flowers. My dream was to have a full flower garden feel but we were short so many flowers I had to reconstruct my whole vision the night before my wedding. Everyone involved in the wedding was upset because we were up all night before my wedding trying to reconstruct our vision and I spent my wedding day going on only a couple hours of sleep. Honestly the 100% satisfaction guarantee did not happen. The refund was very small for the amount of suffering I went through.

Gorgeous flowers in perfect condition!

I cannot say enough about this package! It had everything we needed to make all the arrangements! We go so much baby's breath, such a good deal, we did have a large amount left over, but were able to add it to everything. The greens we got too--the ruscus and the plumosa--added so much to the arrangements, really looked professional. The roses really perked up after 2 days, and looked amazing too! We got a lot of carnations that really filled everything in. All in all, this is a perfect package that gives you everything you need to make a lot of arrangements!

The quality of the roses, carnations and the greens were impeccable! I wasnt a fan of the honey bracelet stuff... at all. The roses and carnations were all gorgeous! Didn't lose a single one.
