Yes, we offer a 100% guarantee, but can only guarantee things within our control. What I mean is that 99.9% of the time everything goes as scheduled, but if for example there is a weather delay or air labor strike, shipments could be delayed. If you are anticipating bad weather, we recommend factoring this into selecting a delivery date. For example, for a Saturday event in the midst of snowy winter, we suggest selecting delivery date no later than Thursday. That way we have extra time to get your flowers to you if FedEx/UPS experiences a delay. Your flowers will still be fresh for the event. In fact, we ship all flowers in bud form, and they require a couple of days to fully open. Choosing a delivery date several days in advance allows for the flowers to opens fully, plus factors in the “what ifs.”
Please remember that flowers are highly perishable, time-sensitive products. FiftyFlowers.com will not be responsible for damages resulting from inclement weather or freezing temperatures due to an extended absence on behalf of the customer. FiftyFlowers.com is further released from responsibility due to delays on behalf of the shipping companies, delays caused by Customs and Agricultural inspections, and acts of God.
Ultimately, FiftyFlowers guarantees satisfaction in all of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at 1-877-50-ROSES (507-6737) or send an email to
cservice@fiftyflowers.com. Complaints must be received within 24 hours of receiving the flowers. We will gladly work with you to solve any problems and/or concerns.
